Hyoukai (Japanese for frozen oceans) is a multi-genre mp3 rotation, although I tend to stick closely to Japanese, Korean and Chinese music. However, this rotation is not based on putting my player on shuffle or picking random songs. I rotate songs based on what I'm liking at the moment, so I have been known to rotate anything from the aforementioned three languages to Vietnamese, French, Hindi, Russian, Thai, etc. The list goes on and on!

Comments: I was following this tutorial just for fun, but I liked the end result so much that I decided to work it into a layout. I took screencaps of 2NE1's "Fire" MV and worked them into a filmstrip-like effect that I enjoy doing. Text was a bitch, so were the tables, but I am very satisfied with the end result!

Comments: This is the song that I named my mp3 rotation after. I thought it would be nice to have a Japanese name, so Yumi found me the Japanese translation for frozen oceans, which is hyoukai and I used that! This song is absolutely gorgeous. It's sort of slow and mystical and it just sounds like a song that would be about frozen oceans. For some reason, it also reminds me of Final Fantasy VII, so every time I hear this, I think of the part where you have to drive the submarine around underwater. I don't know why. xD
